About Henderson Housing Authority

The Housing Authority of Henderson was established in 1949 by the Henderson City Commission to administer a federal rent subsidy program authorized under the United States Housing Act of 1937.

We are located in the beautiful city of Henderson, Kentucky. Here at the Housing Authority of Henderson, we look at affordable housing as a way to provide stability for our families, whether they are just starting out or entering retirement. We work hard to ensure the needs of our families are met while assisting the community with implementing the long-term goals for affordable housing.
